Cancellation Policy

• Mobile Service Access: To provide the best results, we require a safe workspace with enough room to open all vehicle doors comfortably. Please ensure the vehicle is cleared of all personal valuables prior to our arrival. • Rescheduling & Cancellations: We value your time and ours. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 service fee. • Inclement Weather: Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. For the safety of your vehicle's finish and our equipment, we reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, snow, or extreme temperatures at no additional cost to you. • Vehicle Condition: Our online pricing is based on standard vehicle conditions. Excessive pet hair, mold, or extreme "bio-hazard" conditions may result in a price adjustment which will be discussed before work begins. • Payment: A secure deposit is required to reserve your time slot. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
